The Friday of Memorial Day, we packed up the car and left Cimarron for my parents house. We stopped through drive thru in Great Bend for some dinner and made it to my parents house a little after 10 pm. Not stopping and sitting down for dinner saves at least 30 mins, especially with a toddler and pregnant woman.
Saturday morning my sister, mom, dad, Andrew, Matt and I took some family pictures. It was a lot of fun and I like how they turned out. Here are some to show you:
After pictures, Renee and I went to the Legends to pick up Chipolte and Panera Bread for lunch. It was delicious! We don't have those places around Cimarron, so it was a nice treat. After that, Andrew went down for a nap, my mom stayed home with him, then my dad, Matt and Renee went over to my grandma's house to help unload a swing from my uncles truck. It was nice to see and catch up with them.
We then headed back home so Matt and I could meet some friends for dinner. Mike, Stephanie, Amy, Duane, Heather and Junior at Crazy Olive's in the Argosy Casino. Very good food! We got chips, salsa and chip dip as an appetizer and then I got a buffalo chicken wrap. I asked for no blue cheese and so did Duane. Both came out with blue cheese which is disgusting! So they took it back and it took a good 25 mins to get a new one out to us. We weren't very happy. Good thing we had the appetizer or I would have been one cranky pregnant lady! The restaurant was smoke free which was nice but the casino was not. Matt and I even went back to the non-smoking section and it still smelt like smoke. So we didn't stay very long, maybe a half hour and then left. It was pouring outside when we left and headed over to Lowe's to look at John Deere mowers. Matt has always wanted one and we needed a new mower anyways since the push mowers handle broke.
Sunday morning we ate breakfast and then Matt and I headed out to go shopping. Matt needed some new jeans and shirts. I didn't get a single thing shopping! Surprised?? I'm not because I don't need anything right now. Nothing fits right when your pregnant except your pregnancy clothes and I had my clothes still first my first pregnancy. So shopping right now is no fun lol.
After shopping, Matt took me out to lunch for our 3rd anniversary to Red Lobster! It was very delicious and very nice of Matt to take me there since he doesn't like it. We headed back to the house for the rest of the night. My dad grilled some chicken for dinner and then we all watched a movie. My aunt form California was in town and came by to say hi. Andrew decided it was time to play in muddy puddles.

Jumping in muddy puddles.
He even sat in it lol.
Lets just say Andrew had to take a bath after this. Monday morning we ate breakfast then headed over to Jeff and Jean's house to have lunch with them and hang out for a little bit before we headed home. It was great to see them and their new house! Thanks for letting us visit! Also thanks to my parents for letting us stay with you! We had a great time and hope you did too.
On our way home, we had to make a pit stop to pick up Matt's new toy. He seriously loves mowing now and so does Andrew!
Tomorrow Matt and I leave for Washington DC as a little getaway/baby-moon/medical trip. Andrew will be staying with Grandpa and Grandma Harris. They will be going to KC for the weekend to go to the Royals game on Saturday and spend time with cousins and aunts and uncles. Matt and I will be going to a Nationals game on Saturday and just having some time for us before baby #2 comes!
